The main differences between Essential and Premium Bots are as follows:
Free and Essential Bots: Typically a bot that you might typically use once or twice per month, that solves a typical business issue or helps define a particular business assets (Customer Avatars, Pain Points, Elevator Pitch, Executive Summary, etc.)
